Inspiring Inquiry. Building Understanding. Empowering Learners.
Over 10 years of experience across CBSE, Cambridge IGCSE, IB Diploma Programme, and IB Career-related Programme settings, I design meaningful learning experiences that connect academic knowledge with real-world understanding.

My work brings together inquiry-based learning, conceptual thinking, assessment literacy, student mentoring, and academic leadership to help learners become confident, ethical, reflective, and globally minded individuals.

Learning with Purpose. Teaching with Perspective.
I create learning environments where students are encouraged to think deeply, communicate clearly, collaborate respectfully, and connect academic ideas with the world around them.

My goal is to support schools, teachers, and learners in building a culture of curiosity, reflection, academic excellence, and responsible citizenship.
About Me
I am an educator, facilitator, subject matter expert, and academic coordinator with experience in curriculum design, assessment development, teacher mentoring, and student support.
My teaching journey spans English, Social Studies, Humanities, Global Perspectives, Business Studies, Psychology, and Economics. I have worked with CBSE, Cambridge, and IB-aligned programmes, supporting learners across different age groups and academic contexts.

Currently, my pedagogical practice integrates:
  • The inquiry-driven and conceptual approach of the IB.
  • The skills-based progression of Cambridge programmes.
  • The competency-based and holistic vision of NEP 2020.
  • Differentiated instruction that responds to diverse learner needs.
  • Assessment practices that promote reflection, progress, and achievement.

I believe education should move beyond memorisation. It should encourage learners to ask thoughtful questions, examine multiple perspectives, apply knowledge, communicate effectively, and take responsible action.
My Educational Philosophy
“I believe every learner can grow when learning is purposeful, inclusive, inquiry-driven, and connected to the world around them.”

Students learn more effectively when they can connect classroom knowledge with current affairs, community issues, professional contexts, and everyday life.

Learning Through Reflection
Reflection enables students to recognise their strengths, identify areas for improvement, and take greater ownership of their learning.

Discussion, teamwork, peer learning, and shared problem-solving help students build communication, empathy, and leadership skills.
